1. Provider

UmowaAuta.pl is operated by MOMO Studios, a trade name of A172 Holding B.V., Le Mairekade 77, 1013 CB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 99743868. Contact: pomoc@umowaauta.pl.

We are not a government office or law firm and do not provide legal advice. The Polish version of these terms prevails.

2. Service

The service lets seller and buyer jointly prepare a vehicle sale agreement from the data they enter, generate it as PDF, organise signing (on paper or with a trusted/qualified signature via external services) and receive deadline reminders.

The parties are responsible for the data they enter (including vehicle data, mileage, defects and price). We only check the formal validity of some data (e.g. PESEL, VIN).

The template is intended for sales between private persons who do not trade vehicles as a business.

3. Technical requirements

A browser with JavaScript, an email address and a PDF reader. Online signing requires a Polish trusted profile or qualified electronic signature.

4. Price and payment

The preview is free. The finished agreement costs 24,99 PLN including VAT per agreement, paid once by one of the parties. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (BLIK, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. This right is lost when, at the consumer's express request and with acknowledgement of the loss of the right, we start performing the service (making the agreement available) before that period ends. Consent is given before payment.

6. Complaints

Send complaints by email; we reply within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Prohibited use

Entering third-party data without their knowledge, false data or unlawful content is prohibited.

8. Liability

We are not liable for false data entered by the parties or for external services (gov.pl, payment systems, email provider).

9. Final provisions

Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
