Controller

The controller is MOMO Studios, a trade name of A172 Holding B.V., Le Mairekade 77, 1013 CB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 99743868 (pomoc@umowaauta.pl).

Data and purposes

Party data (name, address, PESEL or date of birth, ID document, email) and vehicle data are processed only to prepare the agreement, organise signing and send reminders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the other party's data also on the basis of the parties' legitimate interest in concluding the agreement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Billing data is kept to meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients

Hosting provider, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email) – only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Agreement data is deleted automatically 60 days after the agreement date; unpaid drafts after 30 days of inactivity.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Statistics and cookies

Without consent we use no tracking cookies. We count visits anonymously without cookies (Dataquick) and store, with the agreement, which form step each party reached and where they came from (e.g. a Google ad), to improve the form.

Only after you click “Accept” in the banner do we load Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads conversion tag (Google Ireland Ltd.), which set cookies (e.g. _ga, _gcl_au) for up to 14 months, partly to measure whether an ad led to a purchase (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Security

Only someone with a party's individual link can access the agreement. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
